There are lots of different types of Basmati rice, each with their own distinct characteristics. We select our single preferred variety for each product based on quality, and we never blend our rice.

The soils and climate that rice is grown in influences the quality of the grain. We source our rice from the best origins for each variety, and we preserve the unique character of those grains all the way to your kitchen.
