Pouches: Squeeze the pouch gently to separate the rice. Microwave (1000W): Tear the top corner of the pouch 2cm and place the pouch upright on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for 90 seconds. After heating allow to stand for 1 minute, then carefully tear the top of the pouch open (Caution: hot steam may escape) and serve.

Our pouches can be recycled with bags at supermarket collection points nationwide. They cannot currently be recycled at home.
Our cardboard cartons can be recycled at home.
