To make Our Coconut Recipe we've cooked our Great Taste Award-winning pure Basmati with coconut, lemongrass, and lime leaf.
Aromatic and beautifully balanced, it's perfect with a Thai green curry or simply served alongside pan-seared fish.

Cooked Basmati Rice (70%) (Water, Basmati Rice), Coconut Cream (10%), Red Pepper, Mango Puree, Sunflower Oil, Lemongrass (2%), Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Alcohol), Coriander, Ginger Puree, Thai Basil, Desiccated coconut, Salt, Red Chilli, Lime Leaf, Lime Zest, Garlic, Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Ginger.

No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Cooking instructions
Squeeze pouch well to separate grains.
Tear open 2cm at top of pouch.
Microwave: 850W – heat for 2 minutes.
1000W – heat for 1 minute & 30 seconds.
Stir-fry: Medium heat for 2 minutes.
Do not reheat. Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
