1. Wash rice before cooking.
2. Add 60g of rice per person to a pan with plenty of cold water and bring to the boil.
3. Once the water is boiling, reduce to a low heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Check texture is to your preference, cooking for longer if a softer texture is preferred.
4. When the rice is cooked to your preference remove the pan from the heat, drain the water and return rice to the pan. Leave rice to stand with the lid on
for 2 minutes.
