Our Coconut Recipe pairs our Great Taste Award-winning pure Basmati with coconut, lemongrass, and lime leaf. Serve with a range of curries like Thai green curry or serve alongside pan-seared fish or in a mango salad.

Cooked Basmati Rice (70%) (Water, Basmati Rice), Coconut Cream (10%), Red Pepper, Mango Puree, Sunflower Oil, Lemongrass (2%), Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Alcohol), Coriander, Ginger Puree, Basil, Desiccated coconut, Salt, Red Chilli, Lime Leaf, Lime Zest, Garlic, Stabiliser (Guar Gum), Ginger.

Cooking instructions
Squeeze pouch well to separate grains.
Tear open 2cm at top of pouch.
Microwave: 850W – heat for 2 minutes.
1000W – heat for 1 minute & 30 seconds.
Stir-fry: Medium heat for 2 minutes.
Do not reheat. Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
